I have test the game again. I see a huge problem with the current game is players can steam rolled through the main quest. Which in turn will break the story and break the immersion.

I didn't want to do this but I have to restrict until players finish the character route also known as character route of NTS and NTR before they can continue the main story.

nope

As long as what to do to progress is obvious I don't mind.

to be fair there are only 3 locations on the overworld map that u can visit so maybe making some more locations for main quests like necromancer in a small abandoned castle or escorting a desert trader from the border?/keep? thing to help stretch the game out. another reason is that balance is poorly done as u can win by just spamming basic attacks the whole time. you do way more damage with basic attacks than any skill/magic so good luck balancing that. there is no real reason for the player change time besides trying trigger NTR/NTS events or a scripted event that happens during a quest. iirc there is no real reason for the player to sleep at camp for the first time and trigger the Sayako mindscape in fact it can be avoided entirely but just sleeping at inns. perhaps removing dynamic time from the game and just using fixed day/dusk/night cycle where time can only changed at camp or certain player beds and by making certain quests that can be completed at a certain time of day. example: a repeatable quest requires to kill certain enemies that only spawn at specific times of the day. this game mechanic forces the player to change the time which can be used to trigger scripted or random chance NTR/NTS scenes. another example: to become "gold" adventurer, player is given quest to kill undead necromancer at small abandoned castle but undead monsters only spawn at night so player has to go to camp/bed to change time. player leaves tent/room and notices NPC 1 and 2 going into woods or tent giving the player the option to investigate what is happening(NTR/NTS scene). fast forward to later player party kills necromancer but party decides to rest at the castle for the night before heading back to turn in quest. player wakes up hearing "ghosts" and investigates the noise(NTR/NTS scene)
