I think I have found the solution that makes it not really annoying and make a bit more sense.

I am using based on how many player steps and player can modify it to how many value on how quick it will change. The higher the value, the longer it will take to change time.

This one may need some testing in terms of performance because I search through the forum, this could hit hard for performance and I am trying to avoid time based.

I make it toggleable through the Wait command so player can toggle it anytime  and modify it anywhere they want without having going to certain place.
