Volume 3.5 Chapter 37:

"Go down there and try to tame it, Keith," Cadmus slapped Keith's back, signaling him to go down.

"Alright," Keith smiled as he walked down to the horse. As he got close to the horse,

"Are you sure we should allow this?" Aidiun questioned. He had some doubts about letting Keith tame this horse.

"Same here," Tennol was conflicted as well. He asked Cadmus before he came here. The latter allowed it.

"Relax, if it's Keith, he wouldn't do something unless he knew he could do it," Cadmus stated.

Keith wasn't focused on what was going on behind his back. He stared at the horse in marvel,

"Beautiful," Keith commented. It was different from the other horses he saw. It didn't have bronze or red color fur. It had a rich navy color, like the ocean.

The horse's amber eyes stared at Keith.

"You guys don't need to be here," Keith told the assistants.

"Are you sure?" The assistants were surprised by his words. He wanted to be alone with the horse? Was he crazy?! Did he not see how dangerous it was?

It took four of them to pull the horse in! And he wanted to be alone with it?

They turned to Cadmus, where he nodded his head. Like that, they had walked away from there.

"Ngeh!" The horse made a resounding sound as he started to shake around!

"It's trying to break free!" Aidiun stated.

"Don't worry about it. I doubt it can break the chains like that," The horse was chained down tightly. It went crazy in the stables before.

They couldn't let it roam around.

"Stop moving around like that. You're going to hurt yourself," Keith commented. But the horse didn't listen to his word. It continued to rage, trying to break free from the chains.

"Ah!" Keith noticed the wound forming around its neck. It was hurting itself, trying to break free. Keith quickly tugged the chains.

"Keith! Have you gone mad!" Tennol shouted! That kid was loosening the chains on purpose!

Even the horse was a little shocked by his move. It paused when it saw how Keith was loosening the chains for him! Keith had loosened all the chains on its limbs. Keith looked at the horse,

"I'm going to take off the muzzle on your mouth," He was calm and composed.

The horse didn't move. It seemed to understand Keith's words. Keith took off the muzzle on its mouth. The two stared at one another. The horse was still full of caution as it stared at Keith. But it didn't make any sudden moves.

With Keith taking off the chains and muzzle, it knew it wasn't an enemy.

Keith pointed at the gate, "Get out from there,"

"Ngeh!" The horse tilted its head, cautious of what he meant. Keith explained,

"I know you don't want to be controlled. You can leave if you go out from there,"

Keith understood from its eyes. That horse wasn't planning to be tamed at all. It was a wild animal. It didn't matter what he did. There was no point in trying.

"Ngeh!" The horse turned its head to the gate. Just going straight, it could leave the city and into the woods.

"See you later," Keith didn't look at them as he walked away from the horse. Since he couldn't tame the horse, there was no reason to stay here.

The horse stared at Keith one time before it dashed away.

"Keith, are you sure you should do that?" Cadmus questioned. To let the horse like that get away like that was something.

Keith shrugged his shoulders, "It's okay. And besides, that house should be free and run around." Keith stated. There was no need to force someone when they didn't want to do it. Since the horse didn't want to be tamed, he would let it go.

"..." Aidiun and the others had nothing to say. But Keith laughed,

"Sorry about losing the horse. I will pay for the damages." He didn't forget about this. Tennol shook his head,

"It's fine. That horse caused a lot of damage. Having it stay here is just going to cause more problems."

"I see," Keith laughed.
