Volume 3.5 Chapter 30:
Gabriel laughed. The way Keith cooked was incredible. It was something he never had before. And he knew it was something he couldn't live without. If Keith continued to cook like this, it would be impossible.
"Haha," Keith laughed when he heard that. But Carolyn added as she patted Gabriel's shoulder, "I get what you mean."
"Eh?"
"I'm already lost," Carolyn stated with a smile. But that caused Keith to slap her head, "You're acting like I poisoned you all,"
"You did," Carolyn nodded.
"You poisoned me with your good food,"
"..." Someone needs to get another head chop. Keith raised his hand, ready to chop down. Before he could do it, Aidiun entered the room.
"Let's begin class!" Like that, class started. It was a heavy lecture again. But Keith was all smiles as his mind was turbocharged. He was asking questions and answering them as well.
All the students looked at him weirdly. But Keith could care less.
….
"My god. Please bless this princess with your notes!" After class, Carolyn placed her hands together and prayed. And said god was Keith. The latter shook his head,
"Tsk, tsk. Should have been listening," Keith handed the notes to her. He turned to Gabriel, "Gabriel, do you need it?"
"Nope, I can ask Professor Aidiun about it later," After all, he was their manager. The elf would come to their island. He could ask him then.
"Anyways, we should head to lunch," Gabriel added.
"Why are you so excited?" Carolyn questioned. She found Gabriel being happy about going to lunch was surprising. He was always calm and casual with this.
Carolyn turned to Keith, who had a grin.
Am I missing something? It didn't take long before they arrived at the cafeteria.
"Leader," Arlo waved his hands at him. Keith smiled, "Arlo, do you want to sit with us for lunch?"
"Umm, is that fine?"
"Carolyn, you're alright with this?" Keith questioned.
"Of course," Keith didn't mind at all. Arlo smiled, "Thank you very much, Princess!"
Tristan and Sarah were already there. There was another person there as well.
"Hello, guys," Keith waved his hand.
"Hello," Tristan smiled,
"Maria, you're here as well?" Carolyn blinked.
"Of course, I would be here as well," Maria smiled, "I want to eat with my fiancee and my friend,"
Maria turned to Keith and the two, "Greetings. My name is Maria Ambretta. I'm Prince Tristan's fiancee and Carolyn's close friend."
"Hello, my name is Keith Freed," Keith bowed slightly.
"My name is Gabriel Eginhard,"
"I'm Arlo,"
"It's good to meet you all." Maria smiled. But then she stared at Keith. The latter noticed it, "Is something the matter?"
"Nothing's wrong," Maria continued to smile.
Keith turned to Carolyn, "You should go get your lunch." The rest had gotten their lunches.
"Hmm?" What about you, Gabriel?" Why wasn't Gabriel moving with her?
"Keith got us covered with that," Gabriel smiled.
"Wait, what?!" Carolyn and the rest blinked a few times. But Keith didn't mind as he brought out three lunch boxes from his storage.
"Here you are," Keith handed the boxes to Gabriel and Arlo. Carolyn and the rest watched this.
Carolyn slapped her hands together, "Hold it!"
"What's the matter?" Keith questioned.
"Don't tell me you will make lunch for them now?" Carolyn gulped as she asked this.
"Carolyn, mind your expression," Maria was surprised that she would do something like that. Did she forget she was a princess?
"Of course, I would make it for them as well," Keith stated.
"Keith also cooks us breakfast and dinner as well," Gabriel added.
"What?!" Tristan slammed his fist into the table as he stared at them.
"Dear," Maria blinked her eyes as she stared at him.
"Anyways, I made something from yesterday," Keith smiled as he opened his lunchbox. And what was in it was a colorful masterpiece.
There were two tomatoes sliced into roses. Beside it was a mini shepherd's pie. What was more, there was some cream pasta. As a dessert, there were some apple slices.
"Keith, you really outdid yourself," Gabriel laughed.
"Leader is amazing," Arlo stated. He was in awe of the food there. But he wasn't the only person. The others stared at their lunchbox in wonder and awe. The smell from it was incredible.
"What is that?" Carolyn pointed.
"Oh, that's a shepherd's pie," Keith answered. After saying that, Keith started to eat. He could care less how the others were staring at him.
