Your riff is based in F# and contains the b5 and raised 7th. Those two tones are not part of the F# phrygian dominant scale which is F#-G-A#-B-C#-D-E. 

It's all good tho because this is just a creative exercise. If it sounds good to you, then it is good muhahaha
