What are some of your favourite references on Guitar, Music Theory?

you know I get asked this all the time but I don't have a particular text book or anything....a lot of my knowledge just comes from the internet. I studied music in college as well.

Yes. I am trying to do the same. I am a math guy so I don't find Music theory that difficult albeit the historical origins of this theory presumably has a long period of trial and error.
