Neoclassical Suspensions/Resolutions (Patreon)

Today's Shred tip is Neoclassical Suspensions/Resolutions. We'll use a descending sequence of 7th to 6th intervals in the key of Am to create tension and release. I'm using the open A string as a drone or pedal tone, reinforcing the key. Bach was a master of Suspensions/Resolutions, weaving these ideas through complex harmonies with ease.
