Playing without VR (Patreon)

I've gotten feedback from a lot of people that they wish they could play, but they don't yet own VR hardware. Thankfully MThogersen on the Auto Hand Discord has written a "Simulator", and I've gotten it mostly working in the game. There's one or two big issues I need to solve, but if I can figure those out, I'll be including this as an option for people who want to at least experiment with the game without VR. I'm not promising miracles, but it'll run, and you can do everything currently in the game with some practice.

This was one of the last "moonshot" things I wanted to include for this release. The last things are reworking the TV display so I can fit you all on there, the title logo and intro text on the Title scene, possibly adding two songs (to title and nighttime, can be switched off), documentation, and a little testing with my Vive to make sure that all still works. I wanted this out before now (we missed my planned release date, of course), but it's looking to be a happy Easter.
