Pump System 2.0 Now being worked on for the Popkin (Patreon)

I have started work in pushing Pump System 2.0 onto the public avatars, starting first with the Popkin as it is the most popular of the 3 current models.

I will not be releasing the public avatar version of Pump System 2.0 until I have all 3 inflatable avatars functioning properly with it along with having variable names equal to each other in order to ensure ease of use for the big Dynamics push when the VRChat Update comes out.

As a reminder to you all, the model for the Popkin is the Hobkin, created by Hobbert. I did not create the base models for the 3 current inflation avatars, I instead manipulated the base to be inflatable and created all the animation systems you'll find on them.
