This is Report 465, which is 51 pages. The balance of power is starting to tip, and while we are still are concerned that Ukrainian forces cannot turn operational success and tactical gains into strategic victory, the battlefield situation has improved significant over the last five days.

What's the big story? Russian sources are claiming that Ukrainian forces have breached the first echelon of the Surovikin Line and armor has returned to the fight, making the situation in Robotyne "very difficult."

What's the second story? Russian forces are suffering catastrophic losses in Urozhaine as Ukrainian forces close in from three directions and hold fire control on the only way out.

Bonus story? There has been a significant increase in Ukrainian close air support mission using JDAM-ER glide bombs and like DPICM introduced two weeks ago, they are shifting the balance of power.

Russians spread disinformation about ship inspection and warning shots in Black Sea https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2023/08/13/7415422/ “There was a Turkish crew on board the Sukru Okan, who ‘did not give a sh*t’ about the threats and did not obey.” This one will make the blooper reel if true! Russia really wants to act badass. But the Turkish sailors didn’t want to indulge them.

Battle for Urozhaine https://youtube.com/watch?v=CRZLLM2zmUk Some of the details in this report about Urozhaine are crazy. Like the entire Russian rear line was constantly drunk. This will surely be a demoralizing loss for the Russian troops in the South. A shame that Girkin won’t be able to share his analysis…

It looks like the withdrawal was not very elegant...
