ALERT ALERT ALERT ALERT ALERT
If you live or lived in this area, or have family who has been under occupation in this area, do not travel there. This region has not been cleared by Ukrainian forces and has not been demined. If you live in this area and are being informed that Russian troops have left, stay in your area until your local government officials have advised you it is safe to travel. Once you are told it is safe to move, stay on main roads only, do not go into the forests or fields, and do not pull off to the side of the road, or leave the tarmac. When you return to your home be highly observant of anything that appears to have been moved, closed when you know it was previously open, or open when you know it was previously closed. Do not attempt to remove mines or unexploded ordinances yourself. If you left a vehicle behind carefully inspect it for any signs of tampering. When in doubt, assume it has been trapped.
This area should be considered under Ukrainian control by the military definition.
