Hello everyone, and first off please excuse me for what has been a quiet month so far.  Since I launched the new pose pack, I've been travelling so much the last fortnight I have barely been in my house.  What I have been doing, though, is playing around with what can only be called 'old Amandas'.  It seems a little weird to describe them as old, especially when they are Old Young Amandas.  Maybe the term 'classic' is the best, although I probably need a new naming convention for any derivatives of Amanda II (who I know is still many people's favorite).

One of the reasons for moving on from Victoria 4 and Daz 3 was the limitations of the old setup - the pain of lighting, poke through of clothes, distortion of the figure etc.  But as I have got more used to Daz 4 I have learned there are solutions for all these things.  And it means that, now I have got a lot better with remaking shaders (especially skin and clothes) I can run these lovely old (sorry Classic) versions of Amanda and others in a modern iRay setting, complete with gorgeous grungy locations like the warehouse above.  Genesis 8 Female is by far the best model, still, but we should not forget I invested about 8 years into these old (sorry Classic!!) models, outfits and characters.

Teen Rebel Amanda I know still divides opinion, between those who love the boyish and grungy/slutty look on her versus those who would much rather see my girls in office suits and heels.  But one of the reasons I went to revamp her first is the sheer joy of being able to layer her clothes properly without them poking through, and also I made her several sets of legwear using a 'geoshell' which is just perfect for figure conforming clothes, however much you might bend a knee or a hip.

Of course the return of Rebel Amanda means we will be seeing her old enemies and that means Fallon and Fergal McRae (who is modelled on Heisenberg from Breaking Bad).  I did in fact write a detailed and lovely story using ChatGPT explaining the origin of this outfit and how Amanda comes into conflict with this lascivious crime duo.  I might post the script on here, IF people were interested to read it.  However it does push the boundaries of taste and decency (haha) and I also know that some people are here 100% for 3D art and get annoyed by anything that is not, whether it be pose packs, drawings or writing.  So, let me know if you'd like to read it.  Perhaps I can put it on my Discord server.
