Penelope - New Outfit #3 (Patreon)

Another PUBG inspired outfit.  My character has been running round in a black miniskirt and a black tank top where you can see the bra straps underneath....(which is just......YES).

I tried different pleated miniskirts but then I chanced upon this vest and skirt combo where I could turn them into a one piece with a belt.  Then it was just a case of pairing the thing with a bra that works....

Shall we just say it was not easy?

Anyway I like how this has come out, because the resulting dress is totally a retro spy type outfit and of course black is her colour.  This comes with black boots and panties that you won't get to see unless things go seriously wrong for Penelope.
