I’m down for possibly malevolent god-like beings hanging out for a while being cryptic and cool. Maybe that arch-demon will piss him off and get deleted? Be a solid Deus ex machina…or would it be a diabolis ex machina?

Just think, if Salvos actually manages to survive to grow super powerful, one day SHE might be able to be the unhinged lunatic of a demon that scares everyone she comes in contact with shitless as they try desperately NOT to upset the being who could snap them in half with a twitch of their finger! Thanks for the chapter! I think the Devil's personality was very nicely worded, and I'm sure there's a way to make him enjoy watching Salvos' growth as much as we do :p Maybe he won't kill her JUST now then...

I kinda to see Salvos screw up majorly now. Now that a seed of doubt has been sown in her "im a genius" mind, maybe some more kicks would be good for her. She might not progress as fast as before, but she will at least live. Sure her shenanigans are fun, but her arrogance and willfulness gets tiresome. Poor Edith, Daniel, Saffron and everyone around her...

I feel like the way the other side of the portal was described like a black nothingness, reminds me of where the demons are spawned from. So maybe ol' Scratch there is where demons come from and he makes them as a way to entertain himself.
