May 1 Update (Patreon)

Way more declines than usual this month, that's discouraging. =/ It doesn't affect the bottom line though, everything will continue at full speed!

My break month is almost over, so it's time for an exact release schedule. Here's what you can look forward to over the next two weeks:

May 2 - Ouroboros (Patreon release)

May 3 - Patreon story release (two short stories)

May 4 - TLS 0.18.0 work officially begins

May 8 - Futa High (Patreon release, only partially complete)

May 13 - Ouroboros (public release)


That's my plan, anyway. I feel I got a decent amount done: two complete short stories (combined they're more like a novella), a completed game, and a partially finished game for patrons. There's an unusually long gap between the private Ouroboros release and the public one - that's so I can take care of bugs there at my leisure instead of it cutting into TLS development time.


Speaking of TLS, I'm afraid I can't offer any exact timelines. The coming update will cover the entire Yhilin invasion, which is one of the most involved sections to date. I'm really not sure exactly how long it will take.


Looking forward to getting started, though. ^-^

Yeah I am sorry too Sierra Lee :( .... but I thought you could only be sure after the 5th in each month as patreon tries each day to charge those that missed the other dayes ?

Dang, IIRC that's like a 10% drop. Was wondering if you would delay the public release. Seems a wise thing to do for 1.0 versions. Not surprising the TLS release will be a while. I guess it sucks for people who mostly just care about TLS and already waited a month, but this seems an important stage of the game to get right.

That was true until recently, when Patreon changed something about how it processes pledges. Now almost everything is done after the first day - people can still fix their info, and it might go through on another try, but typically declined pledges stay declined.

I'm up eight patrons since writing that, so we'll see if it creeps up some more, but yeah, this is unusually high. Hreinn Games lost proportionally as many, so maybe this is a bad month in some way. As for releases, I concur, and the current dates are provisional. I'll delay it further if I either feel Ouroboros needs more polishing or that the release would distract too much from TLS progress.

I appreciate it! The silver lining is that this drop wasn't from people stopping their support, but from their cards not going through. That's more likely to be because of financial issues or old info than an expression of disapproval.

i lost vhala! did the hidden port quest and she left my party now i cant find her anywhere and i still need to do the royal retreat which doesnt seem to start up which is the last thing i have left on summit day 2

Have you updated to 0.17.4? If you're playing the newest version, you should be able to get her back by walking into the naval offices again. And yes, you do need her to finish that day.

I just download and played the game and... Even if the story is good and keeps you playing, I must say that the Sex-scenes really are lacking some "visual helping". So I would suggest try to correct this as you can. Since the donations may not be enough to hire a fulltime artist, maybe you could hire some commissions from some talented people out there on internet that do this kind of stuff. Just an idea, the game can stand without it, but if you want to better it, I would do it.
