This update is uncharacteristically early because I'm mentally finishing out one creative phase with this week, then transitioning to something new.

With the update out, I'm going to take a break and indulge my creativity. So many of my projects are marathons, it's nice to do a sprint once in a while. Going to see if I can't manage a fun/short novel better suited to Amazon than some of my other projects. You'll hear more about this later.

I passed a little milestone, as my Steam Developer page now has 1000 followers:

This doesn't unlock anything or directly help in the algorithm, unlike review numbers. But it's nice to hit four digits, and in theory that should create more momentum for future game releases. DStP and OEA have been in development for so long, it's been a while. Anyway, that's nice.

The itch.io bundle I've mentioned a few times is now almost done, though we'll see how much higher it goes in the last half day. This turned out to be a surprise, though a pleasant one. I hoped that participating would be worth the time in terms of promotion (often it isn't),  but it ended up being profitable. Part of that may be our promotional efforts, but I think we also just hit at the right time and got lucky. I'll certainly take it, anyway!

A $10 art post is still coming, but otherwise, I hope this will be a quiet week of work.

I think I've just found out who's been posting all those message board requests... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-australia-52843846

Haha, I intended that as a parody of fetch quests, but it's been a fetish all along!
