Well, I have never been less confident in an update than this one. But I really don't want to drag this out another week, so I'm releasing a version. Hopefully this isn't a mistake:

TLS 0.31.0:

 - Three brand new nations: New Givini, the Chalice States, and Tak'Kan

 - Free travel: access opened to nearly every nation on Arclent

 - Conclusion of the party gathering quest

 - New plot dungeon

 - Two new plot scenes

 - New round of investment returns

 - 25+ new investment opportunities

 - Unrestricted ability to convert ProN to Sx

 - Enemies have regenerated around the world

TLS 0.31.1

 - Tons of polishing

 - Changes made to make headquarters saves more viable

TLS 0.31.2

 - Save compatibility event added

 - Time travel bug fixed

 - Further polishing


I usually don't give certainties, but this time... there is a 100% chance that there are bugs. So much content, so scattered, so rushed. >.< Work on the next version will NOT start any time soon, as I think fixing this will use up all the time/energy I have for TLS.

As usual with an update that came down to the wire, if you only want to play once, I recommend waiting until 0.31.1 or .2 - plus, this time, I may add in some additional content I ran out of time for.

The scenes added this time are unbalanced. I wrote some scenes that I actually couldn't finish the context for this update, and didn't get to writing some of the others that might fit. So both of the scenes are Megail/Iris, and may not even be accessible based on your stats. Definitely expect more scenes in the future.

You can visit most past locations, and while they're not all I want them to be, I did try to do a thorough sweep. Please report if there is dialogue or events that were related to past incidents, or seem like they haven't been appropriately updated. I hope everybody appreciates the trivial details here, because it took longer than I expected. ^-^'

Having said that, I want more details! Feel free to give suggestions about any areas that feel like they could use more polish or variety - one thing I felt in final testing was that I hadn't put in enough small changes based on individual decisions.

I really need to take a nap, I will be AFK for a while. Then I'll be back to reply to comments and respond to some neglected messages.

Re a teleportation room: I am thinking of a large room with a huge map on the floor (like Cersei Lannister’s in GoT), and you would walk to the spot you want to teleport to, then interact with the marker there.

While that would undoubtedly look cool, I was imagining it more as an extension of Robin's research projection, i.e. looking similar to the way it does now, just laid out geographically. I kinda had it in my head that Robin would be pragmatic about it rather than going overboard.
