Private Mailing List Membership and Archive (Patreon)

Before there was a Patreon, there was the mailing list.

In its ur-versions, back on yahoo groups and eListas, it hosted years of discussions and folders full of artwork, stories and so on, but as that kind of system became stale for people, the services were either closed or gutted and the current version in google hosts material only as attachments to my emails.  Still, several YEARS of work are stored there for all to find.

Now, people seem to be having trouble receiving the invite to the mailing list, never getting it or having it lost in spam folders, with the result that google then blocks me from sending further invites to the same address.

Now, I could try to relocate all discussion and sharing of the stuff that Patreon finds icky elsewhere but I have a big sentimental attachment to the old mailing list.  

So for those who have been unable to get into the list, try to request membership directly to see if it works that way.  But if it does not work or if trawling the HUUUUUGE message archive proves to daunting (or boring) I will try to upload in the following weeks everything that was ever posted in the mailing list to the separate online archive at

Because honestly, the past month I have spent more time trying with dubious success to give people access to the list that the time I could actually spend drawing or writing, so I think the hassle or re-uploading stuff will be worthwhile in the long run.
