The new Iray WetFX 2 looks promising. It has a wet skin geoshell with a couple of different options, several different shaders to make clothes look wet, and much more. I put it to the test with Kaylan in a pool and a dress. Two things I want to know with this: Does it work well and how are the default settings for it?

Testing Out Iray WetFX 2 For That Perfect Wet Skin or Wet Clothes Look in Daz

Iray WetFX 2 showed up recently in the Daz store. It says it can create a wet skin effect with drops, make clothing look wet, and do some other things around liquid spills. Let's see how well it does the job. Please leave any questions or suggestions in the comments. Thanks so much for watching! I like that asset, but I think I'm going to use the less sophisticated version (WetFX Decal & Shader Kit) which applies stickers to your asset on demand rather than having to use a setup. The stickers give you a choice of things like green goo, good for someone puking on you. You can put the sticker on them as they get out of the pool for wet hair and features, etc. Although, I might use both. You're the experienced one here though. I just wanted to point out that the sticker one is available as well. I didn't get either last shopping run, because I was overbudget with a couple of other assets and the licenses. I'd be interested to see what you think of the stickers from the description at least.

I hate to admit that I must not have read the description of your choice ITRoy. It seems it's almost the same and 33% cheaper. Although the slime and milk effects are funny. I guess I missed the part of the Reading Is Fundamental class that taught understanding what you read and not just pronounce the words....lol
