45 of these things! I would say what an accomplishment. But rambling on for a few hundred words weekly isn't much of one. Let's talk about some changes to the dev updates.

With my current time commitments, especially with me having to spend a bit more time at the day job each week, I don't feel that the weekly dev updates are always productive. Some weeks I have a lot to share. Other weeks, there just isn't much that would interest anyone. For that reason, dev updates will not be weekly going forward. I'm going to aim for monthly, as I don't want to go too long with everyone wondering what is getting done. Development previews (renders, occasional script snippets, etc.) will be put on Patreon, Twitter, and Discord as I feel I have something interesting to share there.

That said, this week was a productive one. More story adjustments, game renders completed, as well as some fun renders. Those of you on Discord have already seen a few of the fun renders, but I'll be posting more here soon to the other platforms I'm active on. These fun renders have allowed me to test some new lighting setups and render settings easily, along with just giving my mind more creative freedom than what I have in some of the scenes.

This is definitely a week where there isn't much to report. As far as the YouTube content, I am working on a new video. Just taking some time to get everything done and tested for it. I'll see you all in a few weeks, and keep your eyes peeled on my Twitter or Discord for some more content. Oh, and enjoy the new fun render. I couldn't let longtime supporter, Xerus, feel left out that Cassia was getting all the love in the most recent special renders.

I am 1000% of a mind that artists shouldn't kill themselves producing social updates at the expense of creating their art. Your work is awesome, and I'd rather you spend your time on that! Give me a YouTube video when you have a cool technique to share (I've learned a fucking TON from you about Daz!), give me a few renders to let me know you're still working, and otherwise just take my money and keep doing awesome shit with it. To Be a King is quality work, and all I want is to see it through.
