AAAAA GUYS this is the first episode that had me feeling hopeful in QUITE a long time.... but then quickly ruined it.......... (if you watch till the end you'll see why...)
but this was clearly the turning point for a new arc, and we'll see how it goes!! (hopefully well... fingers crossed) 🥲

This is one of my favorite episodes, I just love how it’s reminiscent of season one with Jean and Eren fighting, and Armin excited about the sea, and Sasha going crazy over meat. And that sendoff at the end, it always hypes me up so much! All the times I’ve seen this one and I never noticed how sad Levi looks through the whole thing. Before I’d only noticed it in that scene where he’s listening to Armin talk to Mikasa and Eren. I think he’s worried like you, thinking Erwin might die. And the way he tried to make Erwin stay because he wanted to protect him! I agree, those two are so good together and have a special bond. I’m excited we got two uploads tonight! On to the next. 😊 Now is when things really ramp up.

Information available for public disclosure: Meat After the fall of Wall Maria, there was a dramatic decrease in food production. Livestock in particular suffered due to requiring plentiful land. As a result, meat became expensive and occasions to eat it are scarce.
