Episode 3 of Loki and I'm not trying to throw any spoilers out buuuut.... ITS SO OBVIOUS WHAT THEYRE TRYING TO DO WITH LOKI AND LOKI (i said no spoilers) and I just cant help but have a gut feeling that they're either seriously playing each other long term, or one is massively going to turn on the other (probably variant Loki, not ours). I mean how can we not? I feel like I've grown to expect this type of behavior from Loki, but now we have TWO???? OKAY LOL either way I hope you all enjoy!! Have a good rest of your day friends

Love getting past this episode. I like it fine, but it's my least favorite in the series, so it always feels like I'm in for a treat with every episode after it. They really start to push the story after this. So looking forward to seeing it all again (third time).

i dont think the TVA is "secretly" evil, i mean they kill zillions nonstop for "their" way, i think they are faschists like sylvie calls them

Is Harry Potter coming? Been ages and we’re eager to finish it off!

So you can examine your questions with real world examples. The flirty connection between the Loki and Sylvie - they both claim to be hedonistic, Sylvie even tries to one up Loki in claiming to be even more hedonistic than him. What is more hedonistic than flirting and maybe sparking a love interest with yourself from another universe? lol. Is the TVA evil for creating a lie about everyone that works there. The TVA is extremely orderly, has to be in order to maintain one solitary timeline. A regime that has very strict order and regulations would have to find a way to minimize rebellion. One of those ways is by erasing the past and creating a new origin story. Done hundreds of times in our own history. The victors decide the truth. Many small civilizations wiped out and their history erased. Now, at this point, we only know what Sylvie has found out plus what the TVA has told us. There was a timeline war that threatened to wipe out all universes. So the TVA was created to make sure that only one timeline exists so that at least one universe can continue to exist. But, what we don't know is if that is the right thing to do. We only know that the time keepers decided this is how it will be done from now on. This series is great because it tackles the conversation of Chaos with and without Order. Two sides of the same coin always in flux but the TVA has decided that only order can exist when it comes the timeline. Loki is literally a physical manifestation of chaos. Even our own ancestors knew there had to always be chaos. There is evidence of gods, deities, icons of worship that are solely representative of chaos or mischief. If you study ancient religions you will find that the belief of a holy Triumvirate of Good/Order, Bad/Evil/Chaos, and Balance/Mischief/Disruption has always existed. Its easier to look at this from the perspective of single-celled organisms. Order allows life to continue existing but it doesn't allow it to evolve or grow. Chaos allows life to be created as well as creates mutations but unchecked chaos would also allow life to no longer exist just as quickly as it came into existence. In ancient religions, it was believe that there needed to be a 3rd power/influence that brought balance between them. Today, we see balance as more as the result of both Order and Chaos existing at the same time. The conflict between Order and Chaos causes there to be an ever-fluctuating balance. So is the TVA evil, undecided atm. Does Loki have 'glorious purpose', also undecided atm. lol

You missed a pretty great reference when Loki smashed the glass and yelled, "Another!" That was a call back to Thor 1, when Thor did the same thing in the coffee shop. So funny to see them acting the same, it seals in that Asgardian bond too.

Not saying they're love interests, but If Loki were to fall in love with anybody, it definitely would be a version of his self absorbed self.

YodatheHobbit

I don't think she missed it. It was kind of so obvious it's not really needed to vocalize recognition.

Lorenzo Baxter

Well people actually tend to forget that, besides it's been forever since Thor 1 so I feel like it's not that impossible for someone to forget that so I just wanted to point that out in case
