I really enjoyed this chapter but I thought Fennecs occupation change came too quick during the flash back. Also we first saw her mods during Mando season 2 when Mando says he's surprised to see her.

The place you were referring to as a ‘rave’, isn’t exactly a medical facility. I got more of a Tattoo Parlor vibe from it, which is why music was bumpin’ while they added machinery to her. And the “youths” on Tatooine aren’t doing it because they need to, but as a fashion choice from what I gather.
