IMPORTANT NOTE: I watched (VERSION 1) of the movie! I read the comments where people said do not watch 2.0 so I watched the original :)

Hey guys! I finally watched Ghost in the Shell and welp, I did not expect all the nekkid scenes ngl LOL 

Other than that I loved the entire style of this film and for once, liked how it ended with an open ending. Although it had an open ending, it still explained and answered a lot of questions that had to do with Motoko and what was happening next. The art was wonderful and the entire story behind the film was awesome

Where did you watch this? I can't find it anywhere :( The dub version I am able to find is so ridiculously different that it's like I'm watching a completely different movie altogether.

You will like "Patlabor the Movie 1('89) and 2('93)" by the same director Mamoru Oshii. Especially 1 is very entertaining and well-structured script as a SF mystery.

so yeh to clarify this is a movie that delves deep into the philosophical ideals of the bigger questions of what it means to be human, and how we interface with technology and what are the ethical/moral boundaries in the progression as a species in the ideas of assimilation in technology, "how far will we go?" ... so the child in the end is something completely new but with both memory and ability of her "parents" etc there are other movies but this is the best one in my opinion though they are worth the watch. regardless this film is so influential and the themes and maybe warnings are still relevant in many aspects of the animation. thank you for watching this

I have loved this movie every time I watch it. I laughed a bit at your reactions to the unclothed scenes though lol. I'd love for you to get into more of the world of GitS in their other movies and maybe even shows.
