Love a good courtroom scene! It was clever writing to only have Adama silently watching leaving the stage for others to shine and shine they did. Everything from the camera angles, lighting and the president whispering to Lee not to continue made for a theatrical festival of emotions. One of the better episodes with a smattering of Space shit on the side!

I think Adama is completely breaking down over the loss of Starbuck, Lee almost gets killed protecting Romo, Tigh confesses about killing Ellen, and Rosalin’s secret is revealed. Adama’s only human 🫠 And yes, Romo is a badass 🙌🏽

Never have I had such a low opinion of Lee as in this episode. Shame on him. And good for the President for forcing him to feel that shame by continuing his line of questioning. Just shame. And I forgot about Dualla's line about the system deserving to be taken apart and put back together again, but god damn is she right on the money. About BSG and real life.

Regarding the Admiral calling Lee a liar and a coward, you're right that those are the wrong words, but the Admiral is right that there is something that needs to be called out. Lee is not acting like himself. He is usually capable of serving very well as the show's moral compass, so for him to do something as immoral as try to defend Baltar, and to then go further and throw people like Tigh and Roslin under the bus to do so is... uncharacteristic, to say the least. Lee has some making things right to do.
