I’ve watched episode six and I have to say that that’s probably one of my favorites. But they’re all my favorites so I don’t know if that’s really fair to say at this point. 😂😂

It would have been interesting to see them try to burn River. We've seen Terminators in fire, and Summer Glau was, IMHO, the best of the Terminators.

Two thing you can always rely on is people being superstitious and people with power not wanting it to be known how they got it :P Love the ending of this episode, "what does that make us? Big damn heroes!" :) And the flashbacks are great. Wanna see Wash lead the dinosaur army now...

There was an episode of 'Warehouse 13' which guest starred Jewel Staite and Sean Maher. It was interesting to see them acting together in a different setting.

Since you're enjoying this so much, may I suggest another Joss Whedon series. Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I can't recommend it enough. I do believe you would love it. Wonderful reaction 😊

I know it is part of the plot, but every time I see Simon treat River like a 2-year-old it gives me anxiety. And I have watched this show several times. Love your reactions to it.

One of my favorite things that I haven't seen others comment on yet is Mal's treatment of money when his crew is hurt. Jayne asks if they got the money while Book is lying there freshly shot, and that pisses Mal off. In the infirmary while looking for the right supplies, Mal casually tosses the money pouch aside like it's unimportant. What River says alway always makes sense. She's just not good at giving context, and she speaks in metaphor a lot. When she said "Daddy's coming to take us home", in my opinion she was absolutely talking about Mal.

Yep that’s Zak Honestly this series has lots of amazing hats (sometimes they are amazingly bad but still amazing) Great reaction, weirdly I have this show on DVD without the intros and on Amazon with the intros so I am good either way.

I love Mal so much. He has a sense of honor about him. He's not the most approchable man ... but he cares deeply about his "family".

That shirt looks Shiny! You’re welcome. This has been so much fun watching your response to this crew(family). Mal saying “Yeah but she’s our witch. So cut her the hell down.” was so protective like a family member would/should be. Simon’s own father wouldn’t come for him anymore, but Mal did. Book saying “It’s good to be home” demonstrates he’s feeling the vibe too. And then dinner at the end with the whole family. ❤️ And let me say I loved Ron Glass. He could’ve read the phone book and I would’ve listened. He and I were born in Evansville, IN & are both Alumni of the University of Evansville. I also found out he was close friends growing up with the mother of one of my childhood friends. She said Ron was just a wonderful person. He was also a devout Buddhist. I thought of him last June when I visited the Garden of One Thousand Buddhas, a beautiful location just outside of Missoula designated as a garden for peace. Saw a meme recently with “One day you’re gonna tell us how a preacher knows so damn much about crime.” Right below it is a picture of the 12th precinct with Detective Ron Harris(Ron Glass) standing next to the Captain, Barney Miller. I remember watching reruns as a kid. The episode Hash, is a must watch for Ron fans when the detectives eat brownies laced with hashish and get stoned. I loved River’s dance. The joy on her face doing something she loved always brings a smile to face. Just another great moment that I remember when thinking about Firefly. Each episode has at least one. Sometimes it’s a whole scene or just a fleeting moment such as Wash holding Zoe while kissing her cheek as music is being played & people are dancing.
