I'm actually going blind from advanced glaucoma with a side of cataracts. My right eye basically has maybe 25% vision mainly in lower right quadrant (no central vision.) Left eye has tunnel vision (peripheral vision nearly gone.) NGL some days the death slugs seem tempting. It's hard when i notice more field of vision gone, but I just try to power through. IMO a sudden vision loss like this (or traumatic eye damage/loss) could be "better" than the slow creeping loss i'm going through over past few years.

I'm so sorry to hear that, I can't imagine what that's like. The idea of losing your vision is terrifying. I don't know the right thing to say other than I hope you remain with what you have and somehow they find a way to fix it. I'll be thinking of you 🖤
