Chrisjen was awesome in this ep. That's why we call her the Queen. Earth really pressed their advantage by not meeting in a lower gravity environment like Luna or a space station and they forced the Martians to land during the day when Earth sickness would be more severe. By the end of the meeting the Martians were sort of slouching in their chairs due to the weight of gravity, I thought that was kind of a cool detail.

It's a little detail that MCRN Lieutenant Thorsen mentioned to Bobbie during one of their interviews post-battle on Ganymede: "I trained in 1g, but being on earth is different; it's an oppressive pull." That's one thing the show does very well - it explains EVERYTHING in detail. It just doesn't specifically tell you that it's explaining everything in detail on a silver platter. The producers assume the audience is smart enough to pick up on these little details over the course of the story.
