Mark Hamill is in this, but you might not recognize him. Regarding your Twilight comment, fun fact, Robert Pattinson, and Tom Sturridge (Dream) have been best friends since the start of their acting careers. The next episode seems to the be the shortest. One little bit of trivia: Encephalitis Lethargica is a real pandemic that was identified in 1917, that struck at least a million people worldwide beginning in 1915.
