The Sleepy Sickness was a real pandemic, mysterious and horrible. A good fantasist weaves in reality. ;)

No spoilers: There are a bunch of changes to the story from the comic. These changes largely make the story more coherent or conveys the narrative a lot more sensibly for a TV medium. Like, for example, the comic went through a lot more time of Dream imprisoned. But, frankly... most of that is unnecessary and slow live; as a comic you can just quickly drop a bunch of panels. Mark Hamill is in the show. One set of changes that has stupid people in a tizzy is that some characters have been changed in gender or race; Lucienne was originally a white male character. Neil Gaiman has a great, dry, acerbic Twitter presence mocking these people.

I definitely thought this episode was slow, hopefully it picks up a bit. I'm assuming the comic dragged at that point as well, so the next episode should be interesting!
