I have just filmed the last 2 episodes of Invincible so I have to find another show to watch! Suggestions in the comments with LIKES can also be counted for the poll if they get enough!

I'll say Mr. Robot until the end of time! 🤭 Especially now that I'm catching up with The Boys and watching your reactions for those with you saying you love how "you have no idea what's going to happen next."

Ooooh The Last Airbender is a classic, it’s very emotional and beautifully told. There’s a lot of episodes though, you’ll be watching it for a while but it is absolutely worth it 👍👍

If you're looking for a one-off, have you seen Big Hero 6 yet? If you like Disney animated stuff and superheroes, it's a good watch. For a series, Bojack Horseman is incredible. One of the most well written and emotionally real shows out there. Well, as real as it can be with anthropomorphic animals.

funnylilgalreacts

I'm not sure I've watched Big Hero 6, I feel like it may be a Deadpool situation where I was in the room but not watching it.

CrazyIsRelative

Just watched The Bear on Hulu a couple weeks ago and it was outstanding. Only 8 episodes at about a 1/2 hour each so not a big commitment but definitely worth a watch!

My vote is for Sandman. It's only 10 Episodes and is an excellent and unique show!

Hollie Jones

My vote is for Black Sails, the next best show after The Expanse. Realistic pirates filmed on actual ships on the coast of South Africa, Great writing, nominated for 34 Emmys winning 3.

Alex Antonio

It's some of the best written TV out there. One minute you'll be laughing your ass off, and the next you'll be emotionally wrecked. It's a good look into toxicity and self-destructive behavior, and the efforts to claw ones' self out of that whole and try to be a better person.

William Timmins

Uh. Bojack Horseman IS hilarious, but it'll also make you sob under a table. It's one of the most emotional experiences I've ever, er, experienced in an animated series.

William Timmins

The first three options are all great. I voted for Avatar, in the end, because it's such a classic great, surprising show.

If you are familiar with the source material, Sandman is an exquisite translation from comic to screen, one of the best I’ve ever seen. And yet I would be even more interested in your reaction if you haven’t read the comics. The content is so ingrained in my mind, it’s impossible for me to determine if the intensity of my delight in the show requires foreknowledge, so seeing it through fresh eyes would be fascinating.

Ron B

Season 2 is painfully slow but the follow up in 3 and return to season 1 form in the final season is wonderful. Even the last episode has you guessing what is going to happen and it really doesn't disappoint.

Yanpo

Sandman is a beautiful adaptation, and it's only 10 episodes. So it would be good to watch it, and get it out of the way before starting your Avatar journey which can easily last over a year if you add Legend of Korra. Legend of Korra is a bit controversial. You'll see a lot of fighting and arguing in your Youtube comments section, but whether you love or hate Korra, everyone seems to agree that Seasons 1 and 3 are extremely good, and Season 2 is terrible. While Season 4 seems to have a good, but Lukewarm reaction. So even if you find yourself despising the protagonist, most people seem to love the villains. I hope for a Sandman Season 2.

Patrick Egan

Definitely hoping we get to see you react to The Legend Of Vox Machina at some point. While I'm not as big a Critical Role fan as I used to be, I think the animated series was a lot of fun. They struck a nice balance of including some goodies that Critical Role fans will get some extra enjoyment from while still adapting the story so that newcomers won't feel confused.

Mike Provencher II

I know I'm probably going to be alone on this, but I think you would absolutely *love* Patriot on Amazon Prime.

Christoph Toifl

Have you seen Buffy? After 25 years it is still one of my favorite shows and has quite a fan base of reaction watchers

Ron B

and just as an added note, anytime I try to urge people to watch it in full, this creator made a video outlining how the creator of Mr. Robot himself even said "the plot doesn't matter, it's about the tone". https://youtu.be/nGF0EcmXZ5Q This video came out shortly after season 3 aired, and it's really spoiler light, but again, as the creator of the show and this analysis video says...the plot doesn't matter so much 😊

I recommend Penny Dreadful fantasy horror, all the actors killed it. True detective s1 detective drama matthew mcconaughey and woody Harrelson were entertaining as hell to watch play off each other. Hannibal, mads mikkelsen just amazing loved the show more than the movies

Florian Hoyer

the thing is that vox machina has a few short episodes, if u start avatar or bcs it has like 20 times the amount of episodes maybe start with some shorter ones as then u have alot people liking different shows and not drive away people that not like only that one show i thought vox was next anway from the post u made "vox is next" so now i am confused xD

Yanpo

Penny Dreadful was fire! Although I didn't like how it ended, but it made sense. Part of me was just hoping for a literal deus ex machina. I'm planning on rewatching that one soon.

Yordan Tsirov

None of the suggestions are ones that appeal to me personally (I'd be more inclined for Better Call Saul, but given that you suggest that and at season 4, I presume you already have watched previous seasons + Breaking Bad, otherwise it would make sense to start from BB). But since I see people already suggest shows that are not on the poll, I would again call your attention to the HBO Chernobyl mini-series. It really packs a lot in so many ways in just 5 episodes, and I would say is a show that is much above and beyond just the term "entertainment".

Emilie Mish

I would watch the reactions to all of these shows cause I like them all and agree that starting with the shorter ones seems common sense since there is a decent overlap with people who like these shows.

Cyan

I voted ATLA! To address other commenters, Sandman is only shorter because it has one season. 1 season of Sandman= 1 season of ATLA in terms of time due to shorter ATLA episodes (assuming 2 eps reacted per upload) . I was happy to let it slide in the last poll but I'd rather see a reaction to one complete show than multiple first seasons of incomplete/ongoing shows. Edit: Though I totally admit watching new shows is way better for YT viewership 👀

funnylilgalreacts

Rock and a hard place... I think the views for ATLA would be good, but definitely riding the "wave" of fresh content is helping me grow. It exhausting though when its not your full time job.

Yanpo

We're saying it's shorter cause unless she uploads two ATLA episodes per week, it's going to take much longer to get through it. It will probably still take longer though. I would have to check. I'm good either way, but I want to re-watch Sandman soon, and if she chooses it, I'd rather re-watch with this community, and I really love her commentary.
