To cover the the confusion on why Pride couldn't leave the tunnels but can monitor Hawkeye without giving away as much as possible. Father is the Dwarf in the Flask. Pride was the very first Homonculus he created after he split with Hohenheim. He mentions being the first several times. it's not because he was the Dwarf, it's because he was the first creation of Father's. in the process of creating him he not only gave Pride his original form but also his original flaws. Like how Gluttony is a failed eye of Truth. as such he can't exist outside of particular limits. He can go anywhere in central because Father is in central and gives him strength and stability there. he can can exist within the tunnels because the tunnels represent the ultimate border of his containment. the Flask. he just doesn't have the power to wander everywhere else he wants to inside it because he/Father don't have the strength to enable it. Also all of the Homonculus have characterized flaws with arguably the exception of Lust who died too early. Also for the "Amestrian transmustation circle" thing that one is not because Amestrian alchemy is being used. it's because the entire country of Amestris is being used as the circle foundation for the transmutation that is taking place. because remember the first transmutation circle shown was Father's circle for the philosopher's stone and the second circle was Scar's brother's reverse circle using Alcahestry. but it is still called the Amestrian transmutation circle because Amestris IS the circle both methods are using.

Some slight clarification on some of your points in the beginning. Hoeinhem(hope I spelled it right) said the Pride/Salem can only move freely within Central and the tunnel. Think of it like water. The tunnel is just an extension of the bottle that is central where only pride shadows can flow.

Marcoh is still just using alchemy, it's like he said since he knew how to create them it's only natural for him to know exactly how to destroy them especially considering it was his main job to research the stone during the ishvalan war
