You might have missed it but Prides “container” as they put it is the tunnels and central. This is why pride can keep an eye on Hawkeye because that’s where she is and while he would lose track if she left central, she is stationed to Bradley which keeps her where Pride can be

Not sure how accurate this is because I'm watching this new with you. My theory is that the guy that "owned" (I hate even saying that) Hohenheim back when he was a slave was trying to figure out how to create a human soul. He like Ed and Al thought that soul essence was required so instead of using his own, he used Hoehnheim's soul essense (blood, like Ed and Al tried with their mom). He instead created the first homunculus. A being that has all of the deadly sins of a human, but none of the actual good emotions that would equate to the soul. This is why the homunculus was so fixated on Hohenheim because it was created by his blood/soul energy. It is a duplicate of Hohenheim but only the negative, or his deadly sins. Then, father being the first homunculus decided to split the sins to their own beings. In doing so Pride needed a flask or holder just like before. Except this time his flask is all of the tunnel and central. I still think Father's fatal mistake is allowing his greed to take its own form because greed doesn't have an owner or drive to stay by Father. Greed wants everything and will eventually want to be more than Father's pawn. I really hope he has a big part to cause Father's downfall. The amount of time my brain puts in to theorizing while watching with you is insane and if anyone reads this thought vomit than thank you lol. Also, I LOVE your reactions. You are the most genuine person I've seen online and I truly feel like your empathy is your special power.

I'm pretty sure what Hohenheim tells Izumi is that he couldn't heal her organs fully because that was the "cost of her sin". And if he can't heal it, I think that means no one can. Same with the Ed & Al, I bet even if they used a philosopher's to get their bodies back, it wouldn't work because they were taken to pay for their sin of human transmutation. Essentially, I understood it as human transmutation and the price it takes from you operate on a different set of rules.
