this episode is really where i got fully hooked into the show. the 'fake' Nen explanation that centers around willpower is such a typical Shounen anime power system and then Togashi just completely throws it out the window and says nah, we're going deeper with this. Just when you think you have a grasp of the world we're in, it expands and opens up even more. So, so exciting.

Great reaction and analysis as always. It's nice that you picked up on Zebro using Nen to open the testing gates, it's all there since beginning :) Another suggestion if you mind, the best timing possible to watch episode 1 of 99 version is between episode 36 and 37. If didn't watched already ofc.

This was and still is one of the most confusing power systems in all of anime/manga for me to understand. Even after watching numerous explanation videos I don’t fully get it.
