Interesting episode, a bit of horror but with a bit of a cheesy romance story. Cliffhanger was good like always. Its always fun to see the Doctor try to blend in. Lots of comedy in the episode. Although something that bothers me is if the Doctor can headbutt people to instantly transfer most of his memories or something similar why didn't David Tennant do this on the episode Midnight with the people on the plane trying to throw him out? Like yeah maybe he was worried headbutting one would get the others to throw him out but he really only had to headbutt the big guy. Or maybe he was worried the creature would transfer from the lady to someone he headbutts but she didn't transfer after she got thrown out of the plane. Just seems like the headbutt is useful enough to where we should see it more often.

Well, to be fair, the people on the train didn't try to actually throw him out until he was posessed. And, one could argue that it's something The Doctor learnt, maybe 10 didn't know how to do that yet. 10 knew how to read feelings/minds through touch, something 9 never did and as far as I know, no other doctor before.
