The problem is not reducable to money alone. Editing can be quite exhausting. Despite how wonderful it would be to get more episodes, sometimes less is more in the long run. So just be patient

It's an increase compared to the last couple of weeks which was 3 uploads a week (because 2 of his series are on hold for another few weeks), but it's still less than his original plans which is 5 uploads a week. The extra AoT episode a week is just him using up the extra 2 currently freed up days that would usually have an upload.
