I believe the score piece during Rose and Doctor's embrace at the end is a song called The Lone Dalek by the series composer Murray Gold.

Sorry I’m late to commenting, just have so much to say lol. It was great hearing your thoughts at the end considering how much your reaction showed you enjoyed it. Another musical peice worth checking out from this episode is “The Impossible Planet” which is pretty great too (: many great tracks in the future lol. Glad you see Rose’s development. This is the first episode where it really clicked how much she idolized the Doctor, considering she was willing to stay on the planet and wait for him, and was acting very much like him when she took charge. This whole episode is just great and I’ll always love it no matter how many holes people try to poke in it as they do with everything 😆 That conversation with Ida & The Doctor is one of my all time favorite scenes in Doctor Who. It’s such an otherworldly and thought provoking conversation. Also “Go to hell” is one of my favorite Rose quotes along with calling Cassandra a “Bitchy trampoline”. Lol
