I’m really impressed at the way you notice characters reactions when they are in the background. The first time I’m watching I’m so focused on what’s happening at the front not to mention trying to read the subtitles that I disregard the characters behind.

Also how the hell do you remember what Annie said. Your memory and analysis is also very impressive, how you pick out and analyse words spoken or expressions given that I never noticed. And lastly, whether you were clueless like me, or you saw it a mile away, you cannot help but be in awe when you see someone transform front and center into a titan. Great episode, great reactions can’t wait for the discussion !

Reiner is the MVP of this episode. He saves Connie,carries a titan, we get a little flashback from him and he has a comedic moment with Christa. 10/10

I knew he'd remember because if you go back to his 1x25 reaction, when Annie said "I'm a failed warrior", he did a double take down on the subtitles and made a face, but didn't know what it meant exactly so he just kept it in his head to save up.

One underrated thing about this season and this episode is Connie and ymirs relationship. Its my favorite thing about Ymir for some reason. Their comedy just hits me in the best spots.

I hope now you understand why the discussion about THAT OVA happened. The OVA is amazing to watch before or after this episode, but the episode is (IMO) more enjoyable watching it without that OVA. but a great reaction none the less. you are one of my favorite reactioners.
