Page 69 WiP (sketch) (Patreon)

Hey ya'll. Here's a peek at the underlying sketch for a panel in the upcoming page. These usually take a fair amount of planning. In this case, I posed some 3D models beforehand to get a feel for character's positioning and balance. There are a few things that are a wee bit off (at least to my eye), but I doubt anyone would notice. I liked this pose in particular, because it kinda looks like Marvin is riffing out a sweet guitar solo. In hindsight I probably could have chosen a more dynamic angle to ramp up the excitement here (Marvin isn't displaying much motion here either - the folly of using a reference), but I don't mind the full view. We'll try for some more motion in the next page!
