Juuust about done with this page. This one went through a round of revisions yet again. As a way to close out Billy's segment I needed him to gloat over his self-imposed victory, but I wasn't feeling the characterization. Billy is the son of a Police officer (not that it's important to the story, but it helps explain his backpack full of handcuffs and weapons), and as a way to solidify that aspect of his character I thought I'd be funny to have him put a police hat on while he boasts about it. Silly? Yes. Stupid? Very... but this is Hot Shit High, and things are about to get really stupid.
