Well, I call it a sketch, it's more like a drawing, really XD I do a sketch, and then make the drawing on top of that so it looks clean. Under promise, over deliver, it's not a bad motto to live by!

I just picked up digital drawing eribot and i have issues with getting as clean lines as you do, is it because of my cheap tablet or am i missing something? (Wacom intuos)

Could be a variety of reasons for that, and it depends on what you mean by "clean". Do you mean your lines are wobbly? Do you mean they are too transparent and messy around the edges? Generally speaking you should work in high resolution and use a brush with higher opacity and pen pressure on size. But there are other factors too, such as the software you are using.
