First test-drawing with some new paper I got; nice archival cardstock that I might be using for originals I'll be putting up for sale/auction in the hopefully not-too-far future. Lotta work on the book taking priority right now, but all this recent pencil-drawing has been great for keeping me productive during periods where I can't be at my workstation.

This is pretty toothy paper, which I absolutely HATED drawing on in the past, but I think I've finally come around to appreciating the texture.

This piece is already owned by someone else's collection now, but I will definitely be making more in time!
