“That’s right, you like the food mommy bought you, don’t you~,” Himiko said to Chloe as she fed her dinner. It had been five days since they were transformed into their true selves, and things in the mansion were looking good. The main rooms that everyone used had been cleaned, and all the girls were getting along with each other. Even Ann was doing her part, providing a small source of income to the mansion. While I am a tad bit concerned about how she gets this money, as well as the several disappearance cases that are popping up on the news, I decided to ignore it for now since my grandmother hadn’t told me otherwise.

“Fufufu~. Finally, the noise is finally gone,” my grandmother said, glad that the frat wasn’t blaring its loud music like it was before. In fact, it was almost dead silent. After Himiko and Chloe came to our home, more and more of the members of the frat began to. It was odd since neither my grandmother nor I were the ones responsible. This left the main culprit to be Ann, but I don’t think that she did anything too extreme to them.

“You are quite happy today,” I said to her, wearing a pure pink gothic Lolita dress. It wasn’t completely my style, but thanks to my grandmother, I was very well-versed in picking out cute clothes for myself. And speaking of my grandmother, she had finally shown me that I could leave the mansion. With each person that is changed into a monster girl with my power, I grow stronger. So far, I can only take a few steps out of the gate, but soon I will be able to go further.

As for now, Himiko does most of the errands outside the house, such as shopping and spreading the news about the mansion. If more people learned about what I could do over them, the more people I could help and the stronger I could become. It was killing two birds with one stone.

“Of course, I’m happy, my dearest granddaughter,” she said, smiling over to the frat house, which only had one car left. “Our family is growing; what more do I need to be happy? Though, as I said before, the quiet is nice, don’t you think~?”

“Yes, grandmother, you are correct,” I said, agreeing with her. In truth, I didn’t mind the noise that much, but I guess now it doesn't even matter now, does it?

“You know I once had a big family before all of this,” she said, recalling the past as she always did, though it was hard to tell what was real with her stories. “Your mother, father, and all of their friends. Each one of them was a precious member of my family.

“Yes, grandmother, you’ve told me before,” I said to her, unwilling to listen to her drag on for another three hours about this family that I did or didn’t have. Even after my change, I still couldn’t remember anyone in my family besides my grandmother. Whenever she spoke of my mother and father, I could feel the sadness in her voice. Most of the time, I try not to think about it, though there were times when I got curious. Unfortunately, being curious wasn’t always a good thing.

One day I asked her about my grandfather, only for her to punish me with a full week of etiquette training. It was a nightmare. I don’t know what happened between them, but I found that it was best not to ask.

“Tsk, you need to show respect to me, young lady,” grandmother said, sounding annoyed, but it looked like she realized what she was doing. “I’ll have you do yard work if you keep this up.”

“I’m sorry grandmother, I misspoke,” I said to her, not wanting to do yard work. It was a mess out there. Once I save up enough money, I’ll definitely have to hire a landscaping group to clean the place up and fix the gate. It was rusting in certain areas and bent in others. In all honesty, the whole thing needed to be replaced.

“Um, grandmother, speaking of the yard, what is that green substance inside the pond in the front?” That stuff had always creeped me out, so I never bothered to get near it, afraid that it would ruin my cute clothes.

“Hmm, that is nothing more than an experimental slime potion that I worked on several years back. I do wonder how it ended up in the pond, though.” Grandmother looked perplexed at the slime, though her statement only made me have more questions.

“You made that stuff?” I knew that the stuff in this mansion was magical in nature, such as the collars used on Chloe and Himiko, as well as the skinsuit that transformed Ann. However, I didn’t think that my grandmother was the one to make them.

“No, sweetie, you have it wrong. I didn’t create everything here, just a few,” she said, practically reading my mind. “The majority of these items each have a purpose, to return people to who they were always meant to be. That slime is my attempt at doing that as well. Unfortunately, I never found a proper way to use it. Or at least it would seem until now.”

My grandmother motioned for me to look out the window, where I could see a dark figure climbing the fence and jumping over.

“Miss Rachel, we have an intruder~!” Ann yelled, flying down to inform me what I was witnessing. “The last person from the frat across the street has decided to climb the fence for some reason, and he’s fallen into the icky green pond. Should we help them?”

“…No, let’s wait,” I said back to her. First off, he was trespassing on my property, and second off, I could tell that my grandmother wanted to see what would happen.

“Good choice,” she said, agreeing with my decision. “Now let me show you something interesting~. My grandmother placed her hands on the window, and the next thing I knew, we were looking at a zoomed-in version of what was happening outside.

“Wow! Miss Rachel, you are amazing!” Ann yelled, believing that what just happened was thanks to me, and I decided that it would be best not to refute her. It would be too much effort to explain. “Look at that foolish man trying to make his way out of the pond. The more he struggles, the more he sinks. It’s like quicksand~.”

“Indeed,” I said back to her, watching the man sink further and for into the slime. I was about to decide that it was time to help him, but what she saw next was quite disturbing. The man started to consume the slime. It looked as if he tried yelling for help and accidentally swallowed some of the slimes. Oddly enough, he just kept consuming and consuming the slime. To be honest, it was quite disgusting.

“My, my, I would have never thought of consuming it.” My grandmother was clearly interested in what was happening, but I wasn’t. “Just look at this his green is already turning green.

“Miss Rachel, is that Dylan?” Himiko said, remembering the name of one of her old friends.”

“Hmm?” So you do know this person? I asked,, seeing that the man’s skin was becoming glossy and somewhat transparent.

“I think I do, but I don’t like what’s happening to him,” she said sounding scared. “It was truly a horrific sight and one that I would not partake in any longer.

“Come along now, girls. We shall check in on our new guest in the morning,” I said to them, making my way out of the room. Luckily the other girls agreed with me and left as well. The only one to stay behind was my grandmother, who was taking more pleasure in this transformation than she did the others.

“Serves you right…”

Huh? As I left the room, I could have sworn that I heard her grandmother say something, But I couldn’t make out what it was. I must have been imagining things. I wasted no time going to bed with the other girls, falling asleep as the transformation of that trespasser continued.

When I woke up in the morning, I got dressed in my white and black gothic Lolita dress before making my way downstairs to see that grandmother had not moved since last night. Chloe and Himiko were still fast asleep. So that left me with going out with Ann. Luckily for me, she was getting back from one of her late-night “trips”.

“Miss Ann, you’re up bright and earlier,” she said, pouring me a cup of coffee.

“How is our little “friend” doing?” I asked, adding some cream to my coffee before taking a sip.

“I think that it’s best for you to see it yourself.” Ann wasn’t one to shy around the details, meaning that she couldn’t properly explain it.

“Alright, let’s go.” There was no time to waste now. We made out over to the pond, yet when I looked inside of it, all I could see was the green slime, though there were now blue clunks of slime mixed in it as well.

“I checked before, but there was no movement at all. Do you think that their dead?” Ann sounded concerned, and she had every right to be. I didn’t know what this stuff did to the guy last night.

BUBBLE

“Hmm?” All of a sudden, the slime began to move as a pair of green eyes appeared in the blue slime. Within seconds the slime began to form itself into a humanoid female body. Her main body consisted of blue slime, while her hair was green slime.

“Ouopou!” the slime girl yelled before flinging herself onto Ann.

“Oh my, she’s quite the eager one~. I can’t say that I don’t like this,” Ann said, seeming to enjoy the slime girl already.

By the look of it, this slime girl was the result of last night. And it would seem that thanks to their transformation, their brain melted into slime as well.

‘Well then, if you like her so much, then she’ll be yours to take care of,” I said to her.

“Yes! I just know that we’ll have so much~. I’m going to call you Destiny.”

“Ouopou!” the slime girl yelled, sounding happy with her new name.

‘Fufufu~ How cute.” She would definitely fit in. Though were to keep her? She didn’t want her slime to mess up the mansion. Oh well, it would have to wait. It was time to reintroduce her to her old friends~.
