A few days ago, Silica sent a group chat out to all of her friends, inviting them for a huge 3-day slumber party at her family’s house for Golden Week. Unfortunately, Asuna had to spend time with her family and Liz was already going on vacation to visit her grandmother.

And she didn’t invite Klein or Andrew as they were old men. As for Suguha, she had to partake in a small kendo tournament. This meant that the only two that could come to the slumber party were Kirito and Sinon.

On the day that Kirito was going over to Silica’s place, Kirito was contracted by Rath to test out a new Vr headset, which was said to make gameplay more fluid than it already was. At the beginning of the test everything was going well, but all of a sudden the headset started to malfunction, and then without warning it began to shock him!

ZIP! ZAP! BZZT!

“Someone get that thing off of him!” one of the members of Rath yelled before the headset was taken off of Kirito’s head.

“Kirito are you alright?” one of the female workers asked, preparing to call their medical team down if something was extremely wrong.

“I’m fine,” Kirito said back to her. “It was just a few small shocks, nothing that I can’t handle.”

“Are you sure?” they asked him, sounding worried.

“It’s fine, see?” he said getting up and moving around like it was nothing. Though he wasn’t being completely truthful. He did feel a tad bit lightheaded, but he thought that it could be from lack of sleep.

“He’s right,” one of the engineers said agreeing with Kirito. The amount of voltage that he received can easily be compared to one from a static shock. He should be fine. Sorry about this Kirito.”

“It’s fine, things happen. Let’s just hold off on continuing with this test until that is fixed,” he said putting on his black jacket and getting ready to leave.

“Don’t worry about that,” he said back to Kirito. “We’ll do a full diagnostic on this thing before hooking you up again. Anyway, shouldn’t you be going? I heard that you have a hot date with not one, but two fine young ladies~.”

“Ha-ha, they’re just friends,” he said, leaving the Rath research building. Once out he got onto his motorcycle and drove down to Sinon’s school since he had to pick her up today.

“OMG! Who is that?” “Who do you think he’s waiting for?” “Does he date someone from this school?” “Should I go talk to him?” “Girl there is no way that he would ever notice someone as plain as you.”

A hoard of girls surrounded the front gates of the school, each one of them gawking at Kirito. Each one of them thought that he had to be dating the most popular girl in their school, but they were shocked when they saw Sinon of all people just casually walk over to him and talk t him before getting on the motorcycle.

“I can see that you’ve gathered quite the crowd,” Sinon said to him, taking the spare helmet from him. “What happened to meet me at the park?”

“I thought that this would be faster,” he said to her, revving his engine before driving off, leaving all of the girls at her school speechless. She was going to be the talk of the entire school for weeks because of him.

As they drove down to Silica’s place, Kirito felt an odd tingle run down his spine as Sinon held him tightly, pressing her breasts against his back. At the same time, unknowingly to him, he shrank 1cm.

When they finally arrived at Silica’s home the moment that the front door opened Kirito found himself being smothered by her. The moment that Silica’s mother opened the door she saw the young man that had saved her daughter's life and she couldn’t stop herself from hugging him, suffocating him as she did.

At the same time, he was feeling embarrassed by her touch his body started to feel hotter and he shrank another 1cm right in front of them. Though this was by no means that big enough of a difference for anyone to start noticing yet.

“You’re Kirito right? I have heard so much about you~!” Silica’s mother said, hugging him harder. “I have been waiting for Silica to bring you over for so long~!” she yelled, releasing him, but still eagerly hugging him close to her as she looked into his eyes. “Silica talks about you all the time, so I knew that I had to meet you~! And I have to say that she was right, you are quite the handsome one~.”

“Mom~!” Silica complained, feeling embarrassed that her mother was acting like a giddy teenager again.

“Pfft!” Sinon couldn’t help but let out a small laugh, seeing the hero of Aincrad helpless against a singular housewife. She never thought that she would meet someone this carefree before, especially since she was a mother.

“Miss Ayano, it is a pleasure to meet you,” Sinon said, trying to make an excellent first impression, unlike Kirito, whose face beat red from embarrassment right now.

“Oh my~. Where are my manners?” Silica’s mother said before releasing Kirito and then going over, hugging Sinon the exact same way that she didn’t Kirito until the girl was gasping for breath.

“Silica told me all about you as well~,” she said to Silica’s embarrassment. There was nothing that she could do to stop her mother when she got like this. “She says that you’re like a big sister she’s never had, always taking care of her and helping her whenever she makes a mistake. Thank you very much~.”

“D-don’t…don’t mention it,” Sinon said, finally managing to escape her motherly hug. “Silica always tries her best and you can’t ask from a better teammate than that.”

“Thank you both, for everything,” Silica’s mother said back to them. “While I start getting the ingredients ready for dinner the three of you can watch some tv together. Silica’s favorite show is on right now~.”

“Mom~! Don’t tell them that~!” Silica’s yelled, embarrassed by her mother.

“It’s fine, we won’t judge,” Sinon said dragging Silica over to the Livingroom with Kirito following after them. As he did, he turned back and saw Silica’s mommy smile at him. She truly was a nice woman.

“Alright so let’s see what show Silica likes the most~,” Sinon said, teasing Silica as she turned on the tv and found the show.

“…Wait…you can’t be serious?” Sinon said in disbelief as Kirito finally walked into the Livingroom. “You like The Beast Tamer and The Knight? The anime is about a young female beast tamer that falls in love with a broken knight, and she has to heal his heart with her love. I can’t believe that you would like…. oh, I see~ Sinon said stopping herself when she remembered what Silica said her class was in SAO and what happened to Kirito with his original guild. It made all too much sense to her now.

“Well, yeah…I can relate to the…the plot,” Silica said, her face slightly turning red.

“Wow is this The Beast Tamer and The Knight?” Kirito asked, sitting down next to them on the couch. “I haven’t seen this show in a while. Is the knight still oblivious to the tamer’s advances?”

“Yeah, and they just got to the part where they found out about the knight’s dead lover~!” Silica said, happy that Kirito liked this show as well.

“That’s amazing!” Kirito said to her. “I knew that the knight was hiding something like that and I was waiting for them to reveal it…”

For the next half hour, they watched the show together, comparing their experiences in SAO, Gun Gale, and Alfheim, to the show. It was pretty fun reminiscing with one another.

“I can see that you three are having fun~,” Silica’s mother said to them, after watching them laugh and talk with each other for the past several minutes. “Silica I need your help in the kitchen.”

“But mom, it just got to the good part~!” Silica said, not wanting to stop the show now.

“Sweety, I thought that you wanted to help me make dinner~,” Silica’s mother said, sounding a tad bit disappointed. She had thought that her daughter wanted to make dinner to so how much her friends meant to her, but perhaps that was too much of a big responsibility for someone her age. She was a teenager, so their minds were always changing.

“Oh shoot! You’re right!” Silica yelled, jumping to her feet when she remembered the promise that she made to her mother. “I’m sorry, I have to help make dinner,” she said apologizing to Kirito and Sinon.

“That’s no problem,” Kirito said back to her. “We can stop here for now. In fact, I need to stretch my legs and get some air,” he said standing up.

“Oh, I’ll come with you,” Sinon said following him to the door. “I’ll make sure that we’re back in time for dinner~,” she said to them.

“I won’t need your help with that,” he said back to her as they walked outside, feeling the nice night air breeze against their skin.

“You know after everything that’s happened to us since we met and even before that, I can’t believe that we can relax like this,” Sinon said to him, not knowing that it was Rath that was keeping them out of the public eye.

“Same,” Kirito said looking up at the night sky. “Ever since SAO, it’s been one thing after the other. It’s hard to believe that I have this time to rest. I finally have a sense of normalcy. I go to school; I have a job and I even have friends like you now. That’s actually the one thing that I’m thankful for SAO. I know that it’s terrible to say after all the people that died, but it was because of that experience that I am the person I am today.”

“Well I’m glad that you are who you are now~,” Sinon said looking over at him, her face slightly turning red. She wanted to keep their relationship as friends, but she wanted to thank him for everything that he has done for her with one big gesture.

Finally working up the courage she goes in to hug him to thank him, but she underestimated her momentum, hugging him so fast that she accidentally pushes the both of them onto the ground.

THUD!

She ended up landing right on top of Kirito, her breasts firmly pressed against Kirito’s face. At the same time, he shrunk for the third time in front of her, shrinking another 1cm. At this point, he had already shrunk down 3 cm which was definitely more than noticeable.

She quickly pushed herself off of him, though she was now unable to hide the redness of her face.

“Huh? Kirito did you just-”

ZAP!

Just as Sinon was about to notice it, she received a small static shock from Kirito’s body out of nowhere.

“Huh? Is there something wrong?” Kirito asked, wondering why she stopped mid-sentence.

“...No…I must have been mistaken,” Sinon said back to him, confused why she blanked out for a second. She didn’t even realize that the static shock she received from Kirito messed with her mind, making her no longer see anything wrong when he shrank in front of her. She was blind to it now.

“Sure, whatever, you say,” Kirito said to her, holding out his hand to her as he stood up. He was a bit confused that she stopped herself from saying what she was about to say to him. While Kirito himself was still unaware of his shrinking, though he was starting to get the inkling that something was wrong, but he didn’t know what.

“…Um….it’s getting late, and we’ve walked quite the distance,” she said to him, a tad bit embarrassed by what just happened. “I think that we should go back. They probably are finishing making dinner right now.”

“Yeah, let’s go back,” he said to her as they silently walked back to Silica’s house.

Once they got back Silica and her mother were just finishing setting up the table, with a more than generous meal. The table was practically filled to the brim!

GRRROOOWWLLL~

Kirito’s stomach started to rumble loud enough for everyone to hear after seeing all, of the food before him.

“Kirito~! Welcome back!” Silica happily yelled, hearing his stomach as he walked in. “It looks like you two arrived just on time~.”

“Indeed they did,” Silica’s mother said to them, walking up beside Silica, before placing her arm around her daughter and pulling her close. “Silica worked hard to help me prepare this meal, so the two of you best each as much as you can~.”

“Mom~!” Silica started to nervously fidget, wondering if her friends would actually like the food that she helped prepare. Ture her mother did most of the work, she did her best to help. In fact, she made the rice all by herself~!

“Thanks, it looks delicious,” Sinon said as the four of them sat down at the table. Luckily for Kirito, Silica’s father wasn’t here, since he was out on a business trip. If he had been here then Kirito would have had to sit throw the awkward “father,” talk, even though he saw Silica as nothing more than a little sister.

“Silica could you pass the salt?” Kirito asked her. Complying with his request she handed him the salt, but as she did she received a static shock from Kirito’s fingers, causing her to drop the salt.

CLATTER!

“I’m so sorry!” Silica said, nervously bowing her head to him. She hated looking clumsy around Kirito and this only made her more nervous. The shock she received was the exact same one that Sinon received, however even without it there was no way that she would notice that Kirito was shrinking as he had always been taller than her, so a few centimeters of difference actually made no difference to her.

“It’s fine,” Kirito said back to her, cleaning up the salt that spilled on the table for her. It was just a simple mistake, nothing more than that. It could happen to anybody.

When Kirito took the first bit of his food, he felt a wave of hunger wash over his body and he couldn’t stop himself from eating everything that was laid out in front of him. As he was eating Silica’s mother was eagerly watching the boy that was so infatuated with her cooking. It put a smile on her face that someone could eat so much of it.

Though while she was watching him without his knowledge, she saw something quite interesting occur. Right before her eyes, the boy shrank down by a full 1cm. He didn’t seem to notice it and neither did the girls. Though instead of saying anything she felt that it would be best just to wait and watch as she was curious about what was happening to the boy.

“Fufufufu~,” she softly giggled to herself as she decided what she was going to do. “Kirito sweety there is no need to hold yourself back~,” she said, seeing that his plate was empty. “Eat as much as you want, a growing boy like you needs to eat a lot in order to grow~.”

Silica and Sinon continued to eat in silence, yet the two of them felt very awkward from what they just heard. Kirito was older than both of them, yet she seemed to be dotting in him as if he was her child.

After they finished the main course they were all given a slice of carrot cake. The girls were eagerly eating their slices, while Kirito was taking it slow. He was feeling a bit full after eating so much and is slowly eating the cake.

At this time Sinon saw that he still had one more bite to go but didn’t look as if he was going to finish it. So, without warning, she snatched the last piece of the cake just as he was about to eat it.

“Hey! What the heck was that for!” Kirito yelled at her.

“Come on Kirito, I did you a favor,” Sinon said to him, licking the frosting off of her lips. “I think that you’ve already had more than enough to eat so far,” she said, pointing out the three cleared plates in front of him, making him blush from embarrassment, while the girls playfully laughed at him.

“Now, now,” Silica’s mother said, seeing that they were making Kirito upset. “There is no need to make fun of him since you had three slices of cake,” she said, noting that Sinon was a little piggy herself. “Young boys like him can lose that weight easily, but for us girls, we need to be careful what we eat~. I second of sweetness on your lips equals a 1 year on your hips~.”

“But I…nnnnnnhhh,” Sinon could do nothing to deny that she had a bit of a sweet tooth, but she had a good metabolism so she would be fine.

“I’m sorry sweety, I was just kidding~,” Silica’s mother said getting up from her chair and hugging the frustrated girl. “Just remember though that even jokes can hurt you, so you need to be nice to your friends, okay?”

“…Okay…” Sinon felt as if she was being scolded by her mother right now, it was humiliating!

“Good, now you two go use the bath while Kirito helps me clean the table and wash the dishes~,” she said sweetly to the two girls. It was nice having these two in her home, it made things much more eventful.

CLATTER!

“Thank you again~,” Silica’s mother said to Kirito as he picked up all the dirty dishes and placed them in the sink for her.

“Don’t mention it,” he said back to her, continuing to clean up the rest of the table for her. “I should be thanking you for such a great dinner.”

“Nonsense~. Seeing you eat all of that food was thanks enough~,” she said to him. “I’m always afraid that I make too much, but thanks to you there were nothing but cleared plates today~. Thank you~.”

Kirito continued to help her clean for the next half hour before everything was done.

“Alright, the girls should be out of the bath by now,” Silica’s mother said to him. “This family follows a strict bathroom schedule with a 5-minute leeway. You should be fine to head up there now.”

“Thanks,” Kirito said to her, walking up the stairs to the bathroom. Once there he opened up the door and to both his surprise and the girls, they were still getting dressed!’

“Eeeeeeek!!!” Silica and Sinon screamed at him the moment they saw him enter the bathroom without knocking!

Sinon quickly reacted to this pervert by grabbing her tiny pink clothes bin and chucking it right at his face! It hit him square in the head. Right at that moment as Kirito was feeling an uncomfortable amount of embarrassment, he shrunk another 1cm, stumbling backward right into Silica’s mother.

“What’s going on here?” Silica’s mother asked them, trying to see what they would say, even though she saw everything that had happened.

“Kirito tried to peep on us!” Sinon yelled while Silica remained silent, embarrassed that Kirito almost saw her, but she managed to hide behind Sinon just in time.

“Really?” Silica’s mother said to her. “Silica must have told you about our bathing schedule and you clearly left the door unlocked. This is not Kirito’s fault, now apologize to him,” she said to them. She needed to be firm right now to make sure that no one was treated unfairly.

“We’re sorry for overreacting,” the two girls said to Kirito at the same time.

“No, it’s my fault for not knocking beforehand,” he said to them, making sure to keep his eyes shut.

“Very good~,” Silica’s mother said, happy that everything was resolved quickly and easily. “Now you two go to Silica’s room while Kirito gets freshened up~.”

After they left Kirito took his bath, slowly relaxing as he did. When he gets out of the bath, he notices that his clothes don’t properly fit him anymore and they are getting a bit baggy on him. This was a given since during this entire day he had lost a total of 5cm. Though he still didn’t realize that he was shrinking. Overall Kirito thought that his clothes must have been messed up by the steam from his bath.

Once he was done changing, he headed over to Silica’s room to find that the two girls were already in their pajamas.

“Hey Silica, are you sure about this?” he asked her, awkwardly walking into her room. “I could easily sleep on the couch, there is no problem with that.”

“Nonsense,” Silica said to him. “My mother would throw a fit if I made a guest sleep on the couch. Besides she’s already insisted that you use the air mattress. Just try not to get too close.”

“Alright if you insist,” he said back to her. “But if you feel awkward in any way then please just tell me,” he said taking off his shirt so that he could sleep.

For a few seconds, neither Silica nor Sinon could look away from him. To be honest Sinon read books like this but never thought that she would be a part of something like this.
