Congratulations you brought balance by making sure all three of them were dead. Imagine how baffled Dooku and Sidious would have been if all of a sudden Anakin and the son showed up and killed them. They would have never seen it coming.

I just figured that Qui-Gon warned Anakin to deal with his demons. You could see how The Emperor had to kill him. Other cool visions including the Death Star blowing up Princess Leia’s home planet and The Emperor electrifying someone was cool foreshadowing.

You know what Anakin eventually becomes... Anakin seeing a glimpse into his future is probably one of the biggest tragedies in the show, for a very brief time he has a chance to change his destiny... but the Father has to snatch it away from him to stop the Son, unfortunately dooming Anakin and a lot of people.
