Fun fact, the big head was originally voiced by Louis C.K. but then the accusations came out against him and Alex Hirsch redid the lines himself for later versions.

It is worth mentioning that you are interacting with the top layer of the mystery. This show has several levels of mystery in it and every single episode is important to understand them all. They have codes hidden in basically every episode, including this one and there are people who used actual cryptography to figure them out. I dont know any tv-show that took the mystery element as seriously as this show. I do think someone has told you of the scavenger hunt in the real world for something related to the show, right?
