The princess is working for Albedo, you notice how she was trying to get information from the Blue Rose party on where they would be running to? She's always gathering information on people by making them drop their guard around her, and now all that information goes to Albedo/Ainz. Brain named his ultimate move Nail Clipper after he was able to cut Shaltear's fingernail with it in a previous season (season 2 I think), he considered that a major accomplishment since he couldn't do anything to her the first time they faced off. Cocytus purposely took a side street section to pass by Brain after he beat him, to show respect that Brain had indeed not let anyone pass him on the road he was guarding. Also, Iri (big dinosaur monster) is a good girl, she's just happy to be useful to Aura.

Kinda strange how Renner could carry and swing that heavy sword, for such a petite girl. Meh whatever. Oh lad also believe it or not, Brain actually did protect the kingdom in a weird way. That small patch of road behind him is what I meant. No matter how small and insignificant it might have been, it's still part of the kingdom and he protected because Cocytus didn't freeze it over but walked around it to respect brain's resolve. He also used to of his own arms and even one of his own weapons to kill him. Brain Unglaus, while not the most interesting character, was a true warrior to the end.

I quite like Brain's character arc. Cocky human learns how insignificant he is in the face of true power. Falls into despair but picks himself up, and tries his best to improve. In the end he still falls short but takes pride in the improvement and faces his death with courage.

Miasimon

Technically, Brain did a lot better than Gazef did. Brain was on friendly relations with a Guardian earned the respect of another Guardian and momentarily broke a fundamental rule in this world. He managed to reach level 40, while even exceptional humans could only hope to be 30. Cocytus respected Brain enough that he took the long way around his body, so he wouldn't disrespect a fellow warrior.

Anime Wulf

This show is one of the best at demonstrating good power scaling between characters. You see how much effort all of the kingdom puts into trying to defeat even 1 of Ainz's subordinates where the difference between them and whatever subordinate they're facing against is the same difference between Ainz himself and his subordinates. And here he all is talking about the chances of himself dying and needing to resurrect, I've always found that quite humorous. But despite him knowing the differences in strength himself, the real part that makes him quite scary in my opinion is that he won't underestimate his adversaries even with all that strength he already possesses to think about a potential of death and needing to resurrect. Much different than with something like dbz and the super saiyan tiers.
