I really like Meiling as a character, like usually in anime filler tends to be really bad, but Cardcaptor Sakura's filler is surprising in how good it is, I still think the canon material is better usually, but there's some exceptions like this episode and the last Meiling episode that are really good. They obviously cared when making it, and it shows with Meiling, she could have easily been just an annoying rival for Sakura to be in a love triangle with, but she's actually a really fun character with good moments and they give her such a well thought out send off in this episode, she really does handle what happens really maturely. This is the final filler episode we'll see by the way, after this we skip to episode 65 and you'll start to see a lot of interesting things start to get closure, I'm kind of sad we're getting this close to the end now.

I enjoyed this episode a LOT! Seeing Meiling act as classy as she did was very cool, and made her sadness that much more hard-hitting!
