In case you didn't put two and two together. Mikado, Celty and Izaya all make up the chat room that's been popping up over the course of the series. And they're also the founders of the Dollars. And Izaya was responsible for all the horrible shit the Dollars did and their growth in membership. As a part of one of his little social experiments, that he's so fond of. Long story short, Izaya Orihara is not to be trusted.
