Since you're nearing the end of season 1, I wanted to point out that between seasons 1 and 2 Disney released a series of shorts for Gravity Falls. They are an absolute must watch and you can find them all on youtube. The main ones I would recommend watching are Dipper's Guide to the Unexplained, Mabel's Guide to Life, Fixin it with Soos and Public Access TV.

That’s how Deeds work in this town I guess- So I have my theories My first thing I’d like to say is that I pointed out maybe McGucket saw something or someONE that made him go insane. After meeting Bill, I think that’s definitely the case. As for Stan, Bill seemed to know who he was and even had like an “oh shit” moment when he heard the name, which makes me wonder how those two know each other. Maybe it has something to do with the Vending Machine? My final thing I decided I’d like to say is that moment where Dipper learned what Stan truly thinks of him may be my favorite moment in the series so far!
